This ink has so much character for a standard, cool-toned grey; I just love it!! Beautiful shading in a bold nib pen yet easy to read in finer nibs as well. I prefer this colour to Diamine Earl Grey which was too dark for my liking and leans almost black; while Fuyu-syogun remains more on the light-medium side, it only shows its darkest tones in a wetter pen/nib.
