    Perfect fountain pen for pockets!

    I got my Kaweco Slyline Sport for Christmas, and I love it. It fits perfectly in my pants pocket, with the closed-up pen collapsing quite small (10.5 cm or 4 in.), but expanding to the normal size of a full pen when the cap is posted for writing (13 cm or 5 in.). I love the fact that the cap screws closed, as I've had a few other pens open up in my pocket and making a mess. Not with this pen. And yes, it's plastic, but that makes it feel more indestructible than some of my CV heavy metal pens that have been damaged or bent by being dropped, sat upon/leaned on, etc.

    Most importantly, it writes SO smoothly. It's my fourth fountain pen, and I've gotten used to it faster than the others.

    Considering pricetag, I'm going to be getting a bunch more of these pens for my colleagues at work next Christmas! And maybe my kids, too, so they can learn some penmanship.
