350th anniversary Vert Atlantide by J. Herbin. This gorgeous Fountain Pen Ink comes in a 50ml glass bottle. The ink is non-toxic, pH neutral and is handmade in France. J. Herbin is said to have kept an emerald in his pocket during his voyages as a good luck charm. Vert Atlantide is an amazing deep green ink with flecks of silver and gold. Gorgeous!

Stunning darker sage green

My first green and my first J Herbin ink I've tried. It comes out looking more like a nice deep forest green on whiter paper, and a shaded sage green on paper with a yellow tinge. All of this shades are quite beautiful to my eyes. It is not the quickest to dry nor slowest. The shimmer is not very strong, as I didn't even notice it was a shimmer ink until I switched from a Fine nib to a Medium nib. As I was not looking for a shimmer ink, but rather a nicer but still practical colour, this is not a negative for me.
